We encourage our agents to set up weekly meetings with the agent advocate to ensure that they are on task and feeling positive and confident about the direction their business is headed.
Organization
Being organized is key. Remember, you are running a business. Your business! Organization is essential to ensuring that you have a grasp on what is happening and can act quickly, effectively and professionally. We will work with you to set up steps and processes to help keep you on track.
No Coach

Most career coaches can cost an individual thousands of dollars…but our Agent Advocate is free. The brokerage pays for this service to ensure that you are prepared and successful.
