Nick Grabowski has held his license with Schooner Bay Realty, Inc. since 2016 and has been voted Best of Zillow multiple times. Since then he has sold millions of dollars of real estate and also helped manage the brokerage’s extensive property management portfolio. Nick has been in the area since 1991. Locally born and raised, Nick provides expertise to all clientele looking in the Cape Coral market.
Nick was recruited to Schooner Bay Realty, Inc because of his work ethic, and local expertise in the area. Nick is a natural leader and is always one of the first ones in, and one of the last ones to leave. Nick credits his Broker and the managing partners for instilling this type of culture that allows him to show up every morning and be a more prominent Realtor not only for himself but for his clients as well.
Nick enjoys the personal approach with real estate transactions. When Nick walks a house, he is an extension of his clients. He listens to their wants, needs, and helps find their perfect home. Nick was born and raised here locally in Cape Coral. After graduating high school at Ida S. Baker in 2010, he went on to attend Florida State University between 2011-2013. After college, he worked for a luxury remodeling and new home build company from 2013-2016 before making his transition into real estate. When Nick is not working, you can usually find him out on the warm gulf waters, or working on a local community outreach charity event. Being an avid athlete, Nick enjoys getting together with his friends and previous clients to watch their favorite college and professional teams.
