Born and raised in SWFL and licensed for over 20 years in the business Tyler has gained vast experience in working with multiple individual investors, investor groups, buyers, sellers, and commercial transactions and leases. He has orchestrated both commercial and residential investments. Recent investment includes single family homes in short term rentals. Over his career he has successfully flipped hundreds of properties. This experience has given him a keen eye for identifying ideal investment opportunities.
Tyler loves the investment challenge and enjoys working with new entrepreneurs. He is always open minded in new and lucrative opportunities. He has obtained his broker’s license and is one of the managing brokers and Vice President at Schooner Bay Realty, Inc. His goals are to fully take over the brokerage upon his father’s retirement. Tyler is happily married and a father of a beautiful daughter and son! He looks forward to meeting and assisting you in achieving your real estate dreams!
