Agent Bio and Information

Born in Painesville, Ohio in 1979, and relocated to Cape Coral, Florida, 1980. I graduated in 1998 from North Fort Myers High.  From there I went on to play baseball at Eckerd College, where I graduated with honors in 2002. Shortly thereafter I joined Schooner Bay Realty, Inc.  After residing in Lee County for over 30 years I have a distinct advantage in my business.  This, I believes is what truly separates my services from the competition.  While working with buyers and sellers is the foundation of my practice, I truly enjoy the investment aspect to the business.  My entrepreneurial spirit, hard work ethic, and 30 years of local knowledge are the qualities that have excelled me to become a residential leader in home sale.
