John spent the last 36 years serving the community as a Firefighter Paramedic in New York. During that time, he also work in real estate as a code enforcement officer, building contractor, and ran his own home renovation business.

John’s experience in real estate construction is a great benefit to the clients he represents as a Realtor. He can give advice to clients’ selling their home as to the repairs and renovations that will have a positive return on investment and get the home sold quickly. On the buyer side, he can help a customer envision potential renovations and guide them on preparing a budget.

As a professional FULL TIME Realtor, John gives undivided attention to his clients and lets them rest assured their transaction is being handle appropriately. He is trained in contract compliance, professional negotiation, and new construction sales.
