My experience in the industry extends over the past 12 years with full involvement in all aspects related to properly managing a portfolio for a seasoned investor or homeowner facing the challenges of becoming a landlord for the first time . My primary objective is 100% occupancy with enhanced efforts in resident retention at market rental rates and minimized property loss all while preserving the integrity of each rental unit. My goal is to improve professionalism, not only at Schooner Bay, but the industry as a whole with my involvement in the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
